I’m a crowdfunded independent researcher and engineer, member of the Dat Ecosystem Consortium and the European Secure Scuttlebutt Consortium. Among other roles, I am also the current editor of the Secure Scuttlebutt Consortium’s newsletter and one of the main developers behind Cabal, a peer-to-peer group chat I took the initiative on in April 2018.
During 2019-2020, I researched and proposed a subjective moderation system, TrustNet, for my Master’s thesis.
My current focus is on combining usability with peer-to-peer applications and ideas. The intent of that work is to create easy-to-use, sustainable infrastructure and tools for people and their communities.
