Cold Brewed Green Tea
Ingredients
- 1L ice cold water
- 10g green tea
Instructions
Brew the tea by measuring out 10g tea to 1L. Let steep in the fridge for 10-14 hours.
Misc
Apparently cold brewed green tea has less caffeine and tannins and more umami flavor. It also has larger amounts of a epigallocatechin (EGC) which is purported to act beneficially on the immune system.
