1. download the beaker browser 2. open beaker & navigate to dat://client-neauoire.hashbase.io 3. fill in your username and click Create Your Portal! then click create site in the popup 4. you now have a portal! check the People List for people to follow bonus: check the development repo for more info and instructions or add yourself to the People List
